Parisian Architecture

One of the things I absolutely adored about Paris was the old buildings. 
The architecture was so beautiful.
I knew the famous places would be lovely 
(the Louvre, Sacre Coeur, Versailles), 
but I had not expected the entire city to be so aestheticly pleasing.









Just ignore that monstrous skyscraper in the background of the above picture. Unfortunately, Paris does have a modern center of town. Fortunately, we never went anywhere near it!

I noticed the same architectural beauty in Spain. One of my favorite buildings in Madrid was the post office!
